Cited for mold and yeast
The Department of Revenue and Colorado Department of Health and Environment issues a health advisory to Kind Care of Colorado, a dispenary in Fort Collins. The advisory comes due to the identification of potentially unsafe levels of Total Yeast and Mold on Medical and Retail Marijuana flower (bud/shake/trim and pre-rolls, commonly referred to as joints).
The contaminated product, identified through the license numbers and Harvest Batches listed below, was sold to patients and consumers between February 10, 2023, and June 06, 2023, at:
Kind Care of Colorado, LLC (402-00841, 402R-00516) : Doing business as “Kind Care of Colorado” 6617 South College Avenue, Building A, Fort Collins, CO 80525
Whisper Consulting Group, LLC (402R-00749): Doing business as “Elevated” 9800 North 119th Street, Longmont, CO 80501
