Aroma (in jar and ground up): Floral and sugar cane from the jar. Upon grinding, the anticipated blackberry aroma comes out strong.
Taste: Berry-like as expected, especially when I first got the pack. I smoked the last of it about 2 months after the purchase and the flavor became more gassy and pungent.

Overall: The first time I heard of the strain Black Diamonds, it was during an interview I was conducting with a high-quality genetics company. When reminiscing about their journeys to find seeds, they recalled an instance where they were introduced to Black Diamonds on the black market.
