Blue Face By Fig Farms (Los Angeles, California)

Updated: Nov 18, 2022

Strain: Blue Face

Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Hybrid

Genetics: Faceoff OG x Animal Mints (Blue Pheno)

Aroma (in jar and ground up): From the jar it’s mostly gassy with a touch of herb mint. Becomes louder upon grinding.

Taste: Grease and gas

How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Moderate, your lungs will feel some pressure

Medical or Recreational: Recreational (California)

THC percentage: 37.42

Effects: Heavier body high, relaxed mind. Will make you feel slumped after more than a few hits. Didn't take me long to fall asleep when smoking at night.

Overall: So glad I didn't leave California without trying Fig Farms first. Shout out the followers that alerted and facilitated me getting my hands on it. The second I took this batch of Blueface out of the package, both the smell and appearance hit me at once, and I knew the hype had substance.

From the genetics, I figured I'd be in for something with increased sedation, but even with that expectation, this still hit me pretty hard behind the eyes. This flower was sticky to the touch, leaving my hands doused in trichomes from just putting it in the grinder.

The name "Blue Face" came from the Face Off OG and the "blue pheno" they have of Animal Mints, but it will slow you down and make you rap off beat like the famous hip-hop artist too. I loved this cut, and this would definitely make my California rotation for future visits.

Review Music provided by Wiz Khalifa and Cardo - California, go stream that!
