Strain: Bubble Bath
How it’s marketed: Indica-dominant hybrid
Genetics: Project 4516 x The Soap
Aroma (in jar and ground up): From the jar it’s floral with a touch of tropical-fruit sweetness. Upon grinding it becomes much more pungent, revealing the added presence of the project 4516.
Taste: Tastes just like the soap strain made famous by Cookies and Seed Junkie, but with a slightly more pungent edge. Floral, sweet, bright, dank.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Mostly smooth
Medical or Recreational: Medical
THC percentage: 25.1
Effects: Uplifted my mood and made me feel rejuvenated upon smoking in the evening. General euphoria and relaxation throughout the day. Clarity and focus maintained. I did have a span of a tolerance break, and Bubble Bath was the first flower I came back to - the effects were certainly heavier as expected, but I did experience a substantial body and head high not experienced previously.
Overall: Being my first experience with LoudBird Cannabis, I came away feeling positive about the brand based on this cut of bubble bath, which feels like a close relative to “The Soap”. The Soap is one of my favorite strains, so finding something similar that I can buy in excess has been a Godsend. The pungent edge from the 4516 might be a huge plus for those who haven’t gravitated toward the often polarizing flavor of the soap previously. I recommend this one for sure, and definitely have it in the weekly rotation. Excellent work from the team at LoudBird.
