Cheetah Piss By Snaxland

Updated: Nov 19, 2022

Strain: Cheetah Piss

Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Hybrid

Genetics: Lemonade x Gelato 42 x London PoundCake 97

Aroma (in jar and ground up): Out of the container there’s some citrus with floral undertones. The blueberry from the poundcake is readily apparent. The gelato and lemonade genetics can also be sensed. Upon grinding, I get more highlights of the lemon-like citrus, even giving some hints of dill.

Taste: This batch has a slight citrus-tang that grabbed me at first, like a sweeter lemonade. As I kept smoking, the berries largely associated with the pound cake became more prominent, increasing the sweetness overall. Nice balance of sweet, yet tart.

How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Very smooth, no lung pressure.

Medical or Recreational: Recreational

THC percentage: 25.42

Effects: Uplifted, euphoric, focused. Smoked some in the day while running errands along with exercising and it kept me in a good headspace while still functional. Smoking in the evening kept me engaged with my studying sessions for finance and other endeavors.

Overall: Ever since Cookies Enterprises entered the Colorado market, there’s been consistent chatter about which team should be “officially” granted the opportunity to grow the well-recognized brand. On the surface, it’s an exceptional opportunity for profit and growth of brand recognition, but with the partnership comes massive newfound attention and expectations.

Previously, I reviewed Cheetah Piss and numerous other Cookies strains grown by Veritas Fine Cannabis. Subsequently, I ranked the 12 Cookies strains grown by Veritas to that point in a previous post. Within those rankings, I put Cheetah Piss at 7, so middle of the road among those cuts. If this version of Cheetah Piss by Snaxland was to be placed into those rankings, it would easily be top 3.

The first time I took a hit of the Cheetah Piss from Snaxland I instantly told my wife this is different...on another level from my previous Cheetah Piss experience. The flavor really pops with that sweet lemonade like I expected, and the tropical fruitiness that follows accents it well. This was the biggest key component missing from the Veritas cut I tried in my opinion, but as far as effects, those are relatively even.

All in all, I loved this version of Cheetah Piss from Snaxland, and this would be the only Colorado version I’d keep in the rotation at this point, although the Veritas cut was a worthwhile effort. Great job by the team at at Snaxland Colorado, I look forward to trying more of this line of genetics from them.
