Aroma (in jar and ground up): Citrus and sweet pine from the onset with a touch of gas/diesel. Smell slightly intensifies upon grinding.
Taste: Lime and pine with diesel and a little earthiness throughout. This batch also had some phases of lavender.

Effects: Generally, Chem N Tonic from Pig N Whistle has balanced effects that uplift and relax, but this batch was a little heavier than usual. It was euphoric, moderately sedative, and maintains mental clarity.
Overall: I’ve been smoking Chem N Tonic from Pig N Whistle since 2014 when they were still Cannabis For Health on Alameda. This original house cut from Pig N Whistle is one of my all time favorite local strains, and over the years it’s only gotten harder to acquire. The smell and taste profile is both unique and refreshing, and keeps me craving the citrus, pine and sweet floral combination. Most of the time, Chem N Tonic is an all day strain for me, but on this batch I reserved it for evenings or weekend mornings. This one has been in the rotation for seven years, so I highly recommend this one.
