Crippy Dawg By Callie's Cannabis

Updated: Nov 19, 2022

Strain: Crippy Dawg Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Hybrid Genetics: Chem-i95 x Crippy BX2 x Gorilla Glue 4 Aroma (in jar and ground up): Bright pine and mint leaves hit my nose to begin. Upon grinding, the smell evolves to more of a funky/rank dill and pine aroma. Taste: Distinct fresh herbal flavor to begin, mostly minty. As the burn continued, I sensed pine and woodiness. How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Moderately harsh Medical or Recreational: Recreational THC percentage: 37.41 Effects: Heavy sedation, full-body high, easy to become fatigued. This is one of those strains that becomes difficult to review because it quickly knocks me out at night. Strong waves over the body are long lasting if lightly consumed during the day. Overall: I stumbled across Callie’s Cannabis Shoppe while ordering online delivery from Colorado Harvest Company (CHC). I was under the weather but had some drops I was passionate about acquiring. While on CHC’s online menu, I noticed the Crippy Dawg was on special, so that along with the song Krippy Kush inspired me to give this strain and company a try. All of my expectations were surpassed when I tried Callie’s version of Crippy Dawg. In fact, I ended up liking this strain more than the drop that sent me to CHC’s website in the first place. This is one of the heaviest and most relaxed highs I’ve had in a while, and everytime I need to be very intentional with how much I consume if I plan on doing anything semi-productive. The effects combined with the consistently crisp flavor profile, and then considering the price point; this was a total home run purchase. I’ll certainly be putting the Crippy Dawg back into my late night and weekend rotation, as it’s a quality bang for the buck.
