Strain: Fatso
Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Indica
Genetics: Legend OG x GMO
Aroma (in jar and ground up): Dank and gassy with underlying nuttiness. Upon grinding, becomes more odorous with classic OG/GMO tones.
Taste: Nuttiness at the forefront, most resembling Macadamian or hazelnuts, with heavy diesel on the backend.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Moderately Harsh, definitely flexes the lungs.
Medical or Recreational: Recreational
THC percentage: 26.65
Effects: Heavy sedation, relaxation, mindlessness. This is one of those you take a few hits and might feel the need to sit down.
Overall: Out of everything I've smoked from Greendot's series of back label flower, this Fatso was my favorite of all. With regard to expectations from the given lineage, this cut fulfilled them all. The flavor was robust with classic diesel/gas as expected with an OG × GMO cross, but the roasted nuttiness took the profile to another level.
The effects were super heavy as expected too. Most times I reserved smoking it late at night, but it was also perfect for a Friday afternoon after a long week of work. Definitely putting Fatso from Greendot in the late night and weekend rotation when it drops, loved this one.
Also want to call out that these buds had an ideal cure, slightly soft and sticky.
