Overall: Kaya Cannabis has been consistently pumping out some quality, highly accessible flower options in 2023. Available in both medical and recreational marketplaces, eighths of Kaya can be had for 20ish dollars. In October this year, I picked one of their strains as a featured budget beast in the CCC Culture member newsletter. Generally, their strains have been smooth on the lungs, and tend to have solid to immense flavor profiles. This batch of Hindu Kush crossed with Early Orange was on par with those expectations.

I loved everything about this cut. The robust flavor profile delights the palate with a nice balance of sweet, tart and diesel. The effects were ideal for consuming during a day of work. It provides an initial spark of motivation and energy, but as it sets in, the mind calms, and allows for meditative focus on a task. After my initial experience, I went back to the shop for an additional ounce. With all that being said, this obviously makes my rotation, and I’m planning to keep this around as long as it's available. In today’s legal market, it’s nice to find a landrace cross that delivers. Great job by the team at Kaya, I’m intrigued to continue monitoring their flower releases.
