Strain: Orange Cookies
Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Hybrid
Genetics: Orange Juice x Girl Scout Cookies
Aroma (in jar and ground up): From the container it smells like an earthy orange peel. Became sweeter like the meat of an orange upon grinding.
Taste: Mostly bitter, reminded me of an orange rind. Stayed tart all the way through, with rare glimpses of sweet.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Mostly smooth
Medical or Recreational: Recreational
THC percentage: 23-26
Effects: High levels of creativity, motivated, euphoric, feeling of clarity. This strain was excellent for problem solving, and finding unique solutions to work and errands.
Overall: This batch of Orange Cookies from Antero Sciences kept me highly productive and creative, and based on that alone, I’ll certainly add it to my rotation when I have some tough work to get through. My biggest critique of this strain would be in the flavor department though. Ideally, I would have liked more of a sweeter balance that embodied the vanilla feel from the cookies more, or possibly just more of a sweeter citrus. Once that gets dialed in a little more, this has the potential to be my go-to strain for the workday, as it’s amazing for clarity and organization of thought in my estimation. Great job overall by the team at Antero Sciences .
