Strain: Purple Papaya Punch
Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Indica
Genetics: Purple Punch x Papaya
Aroma (in jar and ground up): Opening this pack of Purple Papaya Punch was like opening a pack of kool-aid, very sweet from jump. Upon breaking it up and grinding it, I got much more of a lavender floral aroma.
Taste: This batch was primarily peppery and spicy with undertones of a sour papaya. I was hoping for the sweeter variety of this strain, but it is still true to the traditional associated flavor.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Moderately harsh
Medical or Recreational: Medical
THC percentage: 22.2
Effects: Moderately sedated, mind is a bit scrambled, don’t really want to get up unless I have to, but moving around doesn’t feel like a strain.
Overall: This batch of Purple Papaya Punch by Veritas provided a solid overall experience. This a great indica option for lounging on the beach, or maybe atop a mountain after a hike in the case of Colorado. The taste wasn’t suited toward my personal preference in this batch, or this would have really been a regular on my indica rotation, but everything else is on point for me, especially the smell, that could be an air freshener. The buds were well maintained here, and Standing Akimbo deserves some credit for that as well.
