Aroma (in jar and ground up): From the jar it has a sweet citrus aroma. Upon grinding, some of the diesel undertones come alive.
Taste: Sweet tangerines, akin to Tropicana fruit juice. As it burns, more of a diesel influence arrives.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Mostly smooth
Medical or Recreational: Recreational
THC percentage: 19.85
Effects: Even-keeled, euphoric, easy-going, vibrant. Subtle relaxation.
Overall: Reba Jam is one of the first times I've experienced flower from Greendot Labs, as I missed the December drop back in 2020. From what I've heard of that drop, that batch of flower was essentially "god-tier". I don't think this round of drops quite lived up to that hype, but nonetheless, this Reba Jam is top tier in Colorado no doubt.
The flavor profile is exactly as advertised, and if you've ever had an exceedingly sweet tangerine, it's reminiscent of that. The effects offer a nice balance for a smoke to be enjoyed in the middle of the day so you can relax, yet be highly functional. I'd throw this strain in the rotation for something to please the palate while handling your business, or chillin at the house.
I'm glad to see Greendot dropping flower more regularly these days. I'll have a few more reviews for their flower strains going forward.
