Strain: Sundae Driver
Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Hybrid
Genetics: Fruity Pebbles OG x Grape Pie
Aroma (in jar and ground up): A little sweet and earthy. Became more cheese-like upon grinding, with a little funk.
Taste: Rubbery, greasy, earthy. Very faint, occasional berry flavor.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): Very smooth
Medical or Recreational: Recreational
THC percentage: 21.88
Effects: Even-keeled, upbeat, relaxed. Smoked some of this after a rather restless night, and found a renewed level of clarity and subtle energy.
Overall: This batch of Sundae Driver is a nice option to press the reset button on your day and get level-headed. It’s effects reminded me of what I’d expect from a 1:1 THC to CBD strain, as it was mellow and relaxing, but still focused and clear without fogginess or sedation. I did expect and yearn for more of the sweeter flavor commonly associated with this strain, but that would be my only desired difference for the next batch. Sundae Driver has a place in the rotation for when you’re in a state of recovery, or want a subtle pick-me-up if you’re feeling off.
