Strain: Wedding Cake
Indica/Sativa/Hybrid: Indica-Hybrid
Genetics: Triangle Kush x Animal Mints
Aroma (in jar and ground up): The smell from this batch of Wedding Cake didn’t attack my nose too hard out the bag, but once I grinded it up, some of the sweet aroma came out.
Taste: I could taste the berry flavor quickly, and I also got some earthy undertones.
How it Smokes (smooth, harsh etc.): This one is pretty moderate, right in between smooth and harsh. It’s enough to tickle the lungs.
Medical or Recreational: Medical
THC percentage: 33.46 (sometimes I call it Wedding Cake 33 for this ridiculous number)
Effects: Calming, relaxing, but not to the point of feeling any fatigue. This is a surprisingly upbeat indica-hybrid. Very jovial in nature.
Overall: This Wedding Cake came from the exotic medical shelf @affinitydispensary, and I know they just partnered with a grow team for these selections. I’d like to shout them out for some excellent work here, as I liked the well-balanced effects of this high-testing THC strain. When something tests at 30 plus percent, you might expect a headbanger, maybe paranoia, but this was surprisingly soothing and upbeat at the same time. Something great to try after a workout, or during a wake n bake session like I did.
